The site is a referral service. It is not a roofing contractor, it does no roofing work, and it gives no bids or prices of its own. A request sent through the form is passed to one independent local roofer, who decides whether to follow up and, if so, inspects the roof and prepares any estimate. The site signs no contracts with homeowners and takes no part in insurance claims.

The site does not promise that a roofer will reply by a certain time, that a roofer will take on your job, or that any price will match the figures on this site. Any agreement you make is between you and the roofer alone, under that contract's own terms.

Please send only true, accurate details, and only for a property you own or have the right to discuss. Don't use the form to send spam, to impersonate someone else or to try to disrupt the site.

The text, layout and images on the site may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Cost figures, storm history and rule summaries are general information that may change, and the disclaimer explains their limits.

To the extent Pennsylvania law allows, the site is not liable for any loss that comes from using it, from relying on its content, or from any work, estimate, delay or dispute involving a roofer. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and they may be updated at any time.
